The Garden

I love Blue in gardens, always, always will. This year the cornflowers seem very blue....

the Japanese Maple appears even redder, rustier....

and the "rhodo's" even pinker! Maybe we're more appreciative this year, having gotten through the earthquake ok? Ok, so we're still having aftershocks (and the one last night at 4.5 was a nice reminder of who's in charge around here)

But THIS is the kind of blue I can really go for!! And yes, that is in our back yard....I knew he would come and save us.

And now for some classic Kiwi stuff! Enjoy.

Nice to see some vibrant colour - things very grey and drab here in the UK. I think even Doctor Who would be in black & white.

Wow. Your part of the world is blooming and ours is cast in long dark shadows. We only get flowers here if we get a major rainfall in winter (or you can afford a major outdoor sprinkler system) and so far, we aren't getting enough. Darn. Your pictures are lovely. I clicked on the link. I liked his sneakers with the suit. I love Converse!

Okay, seeing the Tardis in your garden is very funny. Having just wrestled with one my self I appreciate it's specific shape and colour.

But prefer the corn flower blue.

Steve- you're welcome to come on over, altho' we haven't finished the Tardis yet you could write the opening speech?

AWB - I reckon Blogger should have a spell check thing, don't you? I know I get words upsdie down more than once...

Barry -hehe, you'll be thrilled to know then that it was only 14 yesterday.

Owen - Sorry the lock seems to be broken...you can yell all you want but Big Sis won't save you this time, she left ME in charge! :-)

Robert-and he was a great artist too so he was more than right!

StickUp-I guess you can say the NZ is certainly colourful, even in winter. Here in Canterbury we're known for our long dry summers with water restrictions etc, it will be interesting to see how the earthquake has affected this! BTW, there's a queue for the good Dr you know...

kj-ah yes, perfect word!

Keith-You have wrestled a tardis? I'm inpressed, The Stud has now had a n order put in for a Dalek!! Imagine that.

OC-What can I say, I told you he would find me!! :-)

Oh sh**, I'm in trouble now !

Owen - Ah well, yes. Just give me the password....

Well, obviously you must have climbed into that blue box and now only heaven and the good doctor know where you might be. I hope you will be able to return to this space/time continuum before too much longer.
