On reflection...

A recent trip to Wellington was a great excuse to dust off the samera and see what I could see...and from my room on the 4th floor of the hotel, I saw the other side of the harbour refelcted in the windows of the building over the road!

As for our own house - well, we have 'struck back' with the reminder that we signed an agreemnet many months ago for a REBUILD. And that, my fairminded friends, is what we are expecting - especially now that the issues which were holding up our rebuild have been resolved.

And in the imterim, Scowly Teen has started at Teachers College and had a birthday....

That is a cool reflection photo, astounding news about the Scowly Teen (Teachers College already?), and an amazing birthday cake! It's also very encouraging news about the house/non-house situation that you have struck back with signed documents. Fingers crossed for actual progress with hammers and nails now, after you having had to go at the legal mess hammer and tong for so long. I'm a bit parched after saying all that...things seem abnormally dry around here...

Louciao - sorry about the parched bit - our entire North Island has been declared a drought zone and us in the south are not far behind...we had a few drops of rain today but not nearly enough...am sure that is a good excuse to save water and drink wine tho? Here ya go...

What an incredible photo. It takes a bit of thinking about. Well spotted. And cautious congratulations on the House front...
