J.R.R. Tolkien said that "cellar door" was the most beautiful phrase ever, linguistically, in the English language. And he was known for being well out of his tree.

You recommend a St Clair Pinot Gris. I'm still trying to afford a relatively competent NZ SB or PN.

You had me worried for a brief moment there, Saj! Glad you came to your senses and got out of that Freak Zone and took refuge in a proper cellar. Early winter goes down well with the right wine and cheese. Count me in.
