Our road this morning.
The TARDIS looking very grand, don't you think?
The Park next door...somehow came out in sepia even tho' I haven't touched the settings or anything. Just magical!
I do have a few heart stopping moments when the snow that has pooled on the top of the roof slides down and thumps onto the bottom story of our house...

Great Pics, my mum rang me this morning and she is so over it all LOL, if it isn't an aftershock it is snow, she has about 6-8 inches around her place, but she has a supply of alcohol in LOL
Wow. Really brings home to me that it is the depths of winter for you guys there. Here we are in the depths of the rainy season aka British summer.
My turn to say "Isn't it gorgeous."
A whole bunch of village children turned up to play in the Secret Garden. It was very lively with snowmen and giant snowballs and snowfights and a big pot of cocoa on the log-burner. Will you have a suitably snowy tipple for us tomorrow?
How can miserable weather be so beautiful? Snow is always so much more attractive when it is in someone else's country! That park picture is breath-takingly beautiful. Definitely magic.
Any sign of my Wood-Chuckerer yet? Looks like you definitely need those snow-shoes he's bringing!
It's like the end of every Doctor Who christmas special.
i can't look, sag. i know they are great photographs but i can't bear anymore snow until it all starts again for me in five months.
i am forever amazed that we connect through different seasons under the same sky...

OMG that is so cool... seriously, I am done with this heatwave.
What wonderful moments these are. You wouldn't believe how much I long for such temperature, such sight.
Thank you for this escape.
Please have you all a good Wednesday.
Hard to believe we can be so out of phase... If the earth hadn't decided to tilt, there'd be no seasons... and we'd all have the same weather roughly all year round. Thank goodness for whatever it was that brought the tilt on...
Vicky - Most of the snow is turning a yukky brown as it melts into the silt...glad that your mum has some shake medicine left! :-)
Steve-Apparently Christchurch is like a snowglobe, shake her up and it snows!
Lady-Sounds like a fablous garden, wasn't it great to have it ahppen during school holidays tho! :-)
Louciao-I think your Woodchuckerer has taken a wrong turn, have you checked your cellar??
Keith - I know! Great eh?
kj- I still love having 4 seasons, makes me feel alive!
Violet- Oh you tease, a heatwave!! I haven't been in one of them for years. It's good to be able to cool down tho.
Robert- Hope things have settled down for you all up there? Maybe you need a holiday to the Southern Hemishpere :-)
Owen-Glad you made it outta sister's cellar without breaking too many bottles. Maybe we have to keep certain heaps going to ensure the tilt stays where it is?
That tardis is AMAZING!!!
