I'm struck by how much the scene reminds me of photos of the London Blitz...

Your silent sundays are so much more silent this year.

I observe this resounding moment of silence to honour your city and the losses its citizens have suffered.

But... but... it looks like there are still some people inside the building there... didn't anyone tell them to leave ?

Have the aftershocks quieted down at all yet ??? Or is it still daily motion ?

Take care Saj, thinking of you and yours there...

Steve-you're right, and the place felt like a bomb site too.

Keith- I know, I'll try and perk up!

Violet- well, I've certainly been thinking a bit deeper about whats important to me lately...

Louciao-haha, gotta love that word verification, sometimes I reckon they KNOW!!

Robert-yeah, the shop mannequinns were the forgotten during the evacuation! :-)

BrOwen - well dare I say it...things have been rather quiet...only 2 shakes that we felt yesterday (but I don't want to jinx it)

Wow, it looks like the pictures of wartime London. Extraordinary. Must seem surreal every time you walk around, as if you are on a film set.
