Tuesday Tipple

OK, because I'm trying to keep life simple this week we're having a quiet wine and thats all...I'm sure someone will drop by with some nibbles. Feel free to take your pick of the cellar, it will be less for us to have to move! We are out of the motel at the weekend and into a 3 bedroom house rental, phew!!

This wee fellow looks like he could do with cheering up too, or a crash helmet at least! He was patiently waiting for his master at the local supermarket.

Now back to the wine, I would actually recommend a Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, although it's not quite warm enough weather for me to have one today. I'll find a nice Pinot Noir instead, anyone care to join me?

Oh goody, this must mean there's a house party coming up! I'd best start working on my tolerance/capacity level for drinking then. I'll start with a bottle of Pinot Noir as well. Is that the motel you've been staying at, behind the dog in the picture? (just joshin'. It must be the wine talking.)

Steve - haha, I feel like I have done enough 'whining' for all of us!

Violet - Another bottle it is then, cheers!!

Louciao - party time indeed! (oh and that building behind the dog is the local Working Men's Club, or whats left of it..there is a newer bit behind it which stood up quite well but this side was old and made of bricks.)...right then, anyone need a top up?

I have just read of your house loss. It will be a bittersweet experience for you all. A house will be better than a motel for sure. After our trip, I am all motelled out for some time!
