Meggie asked for this (apolgies to her in advance!)
1. I sometimes get the feeling that I'm living in a parallel universe such as in Sliding Doors.
2. I have really great dreams and often wish I hadn't woken up.
3. Some of my best poetry has been written when I'm "under the influence, officer".
4. I always thought I'd marry a policeman. But didn't.
5. I hates PE at school.
6. I miss my dad very much. (No, not weird)
7. I very much get the feeling lately that "something is going to happen".

What made you think you'd marry a policeman?
Well, I had a thing about "Is that a truncheon in your pocket or are you pleased to see me?'...dunno, just had a hunch I'd marry one. Never did. So much for hunches. Mind you, I'm not dead yet....
Regarding #7. I am really suffering from that feeling too and have been for some time. Funny thing is, when I start talking to other people about it, they feel the same way.
No apology needed! A good list. I agree with most of it, & have the same feelings.
I always wanted to marry a Maori though, so I could have browneyed babies, with gorgeous honey coloured skin.
I am not dead yet either, but the baby bit will certainly never happen.
Yes.... wonder what it is, that is 'going to happen'??
Oooh I do love these things. Helps me to build up my picture of people.
I write better when mildly drunk too. There is a tipping point. If I don't drink my words don't flow that well, then if I have one or two glasses things flow nicely but if I have more, well then all sorts of drivel pours forth. I also think I can speak any foreign language under the sun when I am drunk!
You sound nicely mystic and surreal - with your parallel universe, dreams and feelings of something about to happen. haha actually maybe it is just too much alcohol eh???
Is it a good something or a bad something?
Mike, glad you made it back from Osmondville in one piece!
Meggie, from what I've seen on your blog you had beautiful babies anyway.
RB - now that would be telling eh what?! As they say in USA "I can neither confirm nor deny..."
Rol, well I am hoping its a good something as I don't have that queasiness feeling along with it...will let you know if I ever identify the something when it happens!
Whew, thanks for not tagging me Amanda! No really.
Hope the 'something' turns out to be worth the wait!
Have a good weekend! L
